'Power and Corruption in Antigone'

'In Sophocles, Antig wiz, we ar captured through tragedy, family drama, outbursts, and revealed secrets. In Antigone, one of the main characters, Creon, shows how power can be manipulated and used for the more corrupt office of things. Creon is best describe as self-conceited and bombastic, to say the very least. The story essentially begins when the King of Thebes, Eteocles, and companion Polynices, have a battle and are both bump off by for each one other. Creon, the uncle of both men, discovers the tragic expirys of the two nephews; he demands Eteocles have a proper burial. But, for Polynices, Creon demands that he be odd out, to be devoured or decay with handsome ugliness; because he was considered a double-dealer to his experience family. Was Eteocles actually the traitor or was Creon trying to suppress his true business and foreshadow his own struggles of internal and out-of-door conflicts hed soon be experiencing.
