Although he started at a young age he was asked to join the military. After serving his duty Kush got back into photograph and sold what he could to help his family through to a great extent times. In 1987 he was participating in art exhibits organized by the Union of Artists. In one Exhibit in 1990 at Germany he nearly sold out all 20 of his pieces. He eventually traveled to the States but regrettably business was low. When he collected enough money he moved to Hawaii. It was there he was discovered by a de aler in France in 1993.
